Arugula-Prosciutto Pizza Recipe

    • 1 Carbon pizza dough, at room temperature

    • 1 clove garlic, grated

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    • 4 cups baby arugula

    • Juice of 1/2 lemon

    • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    • 3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

    • Shaved parmesan cheese, for topping

    • Salt and pepper

    • All-purpose flour, for dusting

    Arugula-Prosciutto Pizza Recipe



    1. While the oven is heating, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl with the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

    2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 14-inch round and transfer to the pizza peel.

    3. Brush with the olive oil mixture and top with the mozzarella and slide the dough into the preheated oven. Bake for 2 minutes rotating the pizza 30 seconds until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

    4. Toss the arugula with the lemon juice, the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. 

    5. Top the pizza with the arugula salad, prosciutto, and shaved parmesan. Cut into slices and enjoy!
