Instructions:
- While the oven is heating, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl with the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 14-inch round and transfer to the pizza peel.

Brush with the olive oil mixture and top with the mozzarella and slide the dough into the preheated oven. Bake for 2 minutes rotating the pizza 30 seconds until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Toss the arugula with the lemon juice, the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Top the pizza with the arugula salad, prosciutto, and shaved parmesan. Cut into slices and enjoy!
